Ice Cream by Mail Here's the scoop on shipping Whitey's Ice Cream: Our standard shipping is a two-day FedEx Express air service. We ship on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, with arrival on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Orders must be received in our order center by 2pm for same-day shipping. We do not ship on holidays. Other services, such as overnight shipping and Saturday delivery, are available at an additional charge. These options are available at checkout when you select your desired arrival date using our "shipping date calendar". If you will be entering orders that ship to multiple addresses, each order must be handled as a separate transaction. All FedEx Express packages are insured for the full value. Whitey's and FedEx cannot be responsible for orders that could not be delivered as a result of the recipient not being home to accept the delivery. We can also deliver to an office address. FedEx cannot deliver to PO boxes. Ice Cream Package price includes your ice cream, second day shipping to anywhere in the continental U.S, reusable styrofoam cooler and 10 pounds of dry ice. We even add spoons and straws for shakes to complete the Whitey's experience! Orders are packed in enough dry ice to last 48 hours. Gift Orders A complimentary personalized gift card may be included with your order. Use the "gift message" space on the shipping information page to add a special message. Apparel and Logo Merchandise Whitey's apparel and logo merchandise are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. Apparel and other Items which are sensitive to dry ice will be shipped separately, with delivery in 1 – 5 days from day shipped, depending on your location. Shipping charges for these items will be applied at checkout. If ordering apparel or Whitey's logo merchandise (other than gift certificates), please note these items will be shipped separately from your ice cream order due to a lack of space in the cooler and the extreme cold of the dry ice.
