Ship the gift of Whitey’s this year

The last day to ship with FedEx service is Tuesday, December 21, with delivery on Wednesday, December 22 or Thursday, December 23. Orders must be received by 10:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 19. Place your order here. Due to COVID-19, FedEx’s normal delivery guarantee is currently not in effect. Given this change, we are shipping all packages with overnight service to ensure it arrives within two days and before the product melts. All shipments are weather permitting. More info below!

Here’s the scoop on shipping Whitey’s Ice Cream:

Due to COVID-19 our standard shipping is now an overnight FedEx Express air service. Normally, orders must be received in our order center by 12 p.m. for same-day shipping but due to the holiday demand, the LAST CHANCE to place an order for delivery prior to Christmas is Sunday, December 19. We do not ship on holidays. Other services, such as overnight Saturday delivery, are available at an additional charge. These options are available at checkout when you select your desired arrival date using our “shipping date calendar”. If you will be entering orders that ship to multiple addresses, each order must be handled as a separate transaction.

Individual package prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout after the recipient’s shipping address is provided. All FedEx Express packages are insured for the full value. Whitey’s and FedEx cannot be responsible for orders that could not be delivered as a result of the recipient not being home to accept the delivery. We can also deliver to an office address. FedEx cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Ice Cream Package price includes your ice cream, reusable Styrofoam cooler and 10 pounds of dry ice. We even add spoons for shakes to complete the Whitey’s experience! Orders are packed in enough dry ice to last 48 hours.
