- Day-Time Store Employees:
- Approximately 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday with some flexibility.
- Responsible for getting the store ready for the day and waiting on customers.
- Store Managers / Supervisors
- Hours vary based on location and need.

- Store Manager:
- The most important part of being a manager is taking care of your customers and your employees. You’ll lead by example and inspire your employees along the way. To lead by example, Managers must provide prompt, efficient and friendly customer service and ensure customers’ needs are met. They must also supervise and coordinate the duties of employees and perform the work of all job levels. Managers must maintain a positive attitude; create an atmosphere of friendliness and fun through flexibility and teamwork. Plan, prepare and adjust work schedules and assign employees to specific duties and follow up to ensure duties are properly completed in a timely manner. Responsible for promotions, discharge, and salary adjustments. Order stock efficiently and on time based on the store’s stocking schedule. Train workers in recipes, store policies, department procedures and job duties.

- Store Supervisor:
- A Supervisor at Whitey’s must be able to run the store by themselves like the manager would, even when the manager is not present. A Supervisor supports operational excellence and strives to consistently exceed customer expectations. They must take the lead, with responsibilities that range from assisting customers to supporting and providing leadership to the staff during a shift to ensure great, quality service and cleanliness for customers.
- Human Resources Director/Manager
- Full time, in-office position. Monday through Friday.

- We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Manager to be a great addition to the Whitey’s Ice Cream team. The Human Resources Manager is a critical position linking our employees with business success. This role is responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and execution of Human Resources at Whitey’s Ice Cream, while creating an environment of trust and engagement. They will provide expert recommendations, counsel, and coaching to managers and employees on all HR matters including but not limited to areas of performance management, employee relations, HR policies and procedures, training & development, employee engagement and staffing & recruitment.
