This spring, two of our most valued employees celebrated their 40th anniversary of working at Whitey’s Ice Cream. Gary Neer and Kirsten Runburg started within days of each other back in 1977 and have truly been amazing employees ever since.
Gary Neer is the Plant Manager at Whitey’s and Kirsten Runburg handles Accounts Payable and Human Resources. We are so thankful for their contributions to Whitey’s over the years and the outstanding job both have done in their positions. Their hard work and dedication is noticed daily and appreciated by everyone at Whitey’s.
Huge thanks and congratulations to both for their years with Whitey’s. We cannot wait for many more.

Introducing the Dipper Chipper! At our stores (malls excluded) customers now have the choice of homemade cookies plus a choice of Whitey’s Ice Cream! There are endless possibilities with chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, peanut butter, sugar and chocolate cookies. And of course, your favorite Whitey’s Ice Cream flavors!
Not only can you create Dipper Chippers, you can also use the cookies in shakes, sundaes or just on their own! Cookies are available to purchase by the single or dozen to take home.
