Congrats to our Whitey’s team on their first place finish in the Bix7 Brady Street Sprints! The team from our Locust Street location took home the gold in the sponsor races.

The two Whitey’s teams featured employees including Michael Anfinson, Keith Picolet, Andrew Wright, Mia Bruty, Teri DeBroeck, Nick Hofman, Reece Callaway and Laura Meloy.

Whitey’s was also at the finish line of the Bix7 2017 race on Saturday handing out popsicles to the thousands of runners and walkers. Congrats to all who finished the race!

We were recently visited by the Good Morning Quad Cities team for a look inside how Whitey’s Ice Cream operates. On Thursday, June 22^nd Jon Tunberg, who is the co-owner of Whitey’s with his brother Jeff, had “Breakfast With…” the team from WQAD News 8.

Jon took News 8’s Angie Sharp on a tour of the Whitey’s factory – more specifically the “coolest” room on the tour
