Here’s the scoop on shipping Whitey’s Ice Cream:

Due to COVID-19 our standard shipping is now an overnight FedEx Express air service. Normally, orders must be received in our order center by 12 p.m. for same-day shipping but due to the holiday demand, the LAST CHANCE to place an order for delivery prior to Christmas is Sunday, December 19. We do not ship on holidays. Other services, such as overnight Saturday delivery, are available at an additional charge. These options are available at checkout when you select your desired arrival date using our “shipping date calendar”. If you will be entering orders that ship to multiple addresses, each order must be handled as a separate transaction.

Individual package prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout after the recipient’s shipping address is provided. All FedEx Express packages are insured for the full value. Whitey’s and FedEx cannot be responsible for orders that could not be delivered as a result of the recipient not being home to accept the delivery. We can also deliver to an office address. FedEx cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Ice Cream Package price includes your ice cream, reusable Styrofoam cooler and 10 pounds of dry ice. We even add spoons for shakes to complete the Whitey’s experience! Orders are packed in enough dry ice to last 48 hours.

A complimentary personalized gift message may be included with your order. Use the “gift message” space on the shipping information page to add a special message.

Our holiday gift bundles and ornaments are now available! The bundle includes a ceramic mug, ornament and $5 gift card all wrapped together for easy gifting! Supplies are limited this year, so grab it in-store or purchase it online while supplies last.

To celebrate the holiday season we are introducing a brand new flavor – Peppermint Bark! This flavor is a white chocolate ice cream featuring a peppermint chocolate swirl and peppermint candy pieces.

This flavor is available at all Whitey’s stores starting Friday, December 3.

In celebration of the I-74 Bridge opening on December 1, we are going to mark the occasion by introducing the Bridge Sundae as our December Treat of the Month. This sundae will feature two sugar cookie halves to represent the two bridges, with Mississippi Mud Ice Cream and chocolate sauce underneath to represent the Mississippi River.

This sundae will be the price of a two-dip regular sundae for the month and will be available at all Whitey’s locations.

With every $20 Whitey’s Gift Card purchased in-store and online, receive a free single scoop of ice cream! This deal is running from Black Friday (Friday, November 26) through Christmas Eve (Friday, December 24). If you don’t want the dip at that very moment (or if you order online) you will get a gift certificate for a single scoop to use later.

This is the perfect stocking stuffer sure to make everyone smile!
